Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 60
Boy Scouts in Troop 60 is a boy led troop.  We go on a camp-out or another Troop activity every month of the year.  Every summer we attend a week-long summer camp,  Hidden Valley, located at Griswold Scout Reservation in Gilmanton Ironworks, NH.  While there we enjoy swimming, fishing, archery, shooting, nature study, boating, and plenty of good outdoor living.

Older Scouts have the opportunity to go on various high adventure trips, such as canoeing on the Allagash River in Maine,  or canoeing the Boundary Waters in Canada, or back packing at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.  Scouts have also traveled to Sea Base in the Florida Keys and to the National Scout Jamboree at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia.

Troop 60 is sponsored by the Sudbury United Methodist Church, where we meet every Tuesday night from 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM.  We are part of the Boy Scouts of America, JP Becker District of the Knox Trail Council.

Sudbury Troop 60 welcomes youth and adults who are willing to live by the Scout Oath and Law and does not discriminate on the basis of nationality, race, sexual orientation, religion, disabilities, or economic circumstances.

Feel free to browse our site and learn more about the Troop.
